Tamara Shamini is an internationally award-winning singer, songwriter, and model based in Melbourne, Australia. With a voice that moves effortlessly across pop, R&B, dance, ballads, and country, her music defies easy categorisation — and that's precisely the point. Her profile as a recording artist spans continents. Secret Letters is a collaborative country music project with a simple but ambitious mission: to create radio-ready country tracks by bringing together the best independent talent from around the world — artists and producers who often work well outside their usual genres.

Created by Keith Don and managed by TACK Group, Secret Letters made its debut in December 2020 with the single "She Chose You" — a heartfelt country ballad written from the perspective of the other man, in love with a woman trapped in a loveless marriage. The song earned airplay on more than 70 Australian radio stations, spending six weeks on the Most Requested Songs chart on the Australian Country Songwriters Show (Today's Country 94.9, Central Coast NSW), peaking at #3 for two consecutive weeks and syndicated nationally. International airplay followed across the USA, UK, Canada, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Denmark, Slovenia, and Belgium.

With collaborators currently active across Australia, the US, and the UK, Secret Letters continues to develop new material — country music that crosses borders and genre lines, built on strong songwriting and world-class performance.

Trial + Error isn't a solo act — it's the dynamic music production team of Tamara Shamini and Keith Gerard (KG), two TACK Group solo artists who step outside their own catalogues to push creative boundaries together. Their collaborative approach combines technical expertise with artistic innovation, producing demos and tracks for artists worldwide as well as their own releases.

Between them, Tamara and Keith bring more than 30 years of combined industry experience, with commercial radio hits on international stations including Hitz FM and Lite FM Malaysia. Before joining forces as Trial + Error at the start of 2025, each had built successful solo careers — releasing albums and singles internationally and working alongside some of the finest musicians in the business.

True to its name, the project treats every session as an experiment: sounds are broken apart and rebuilt, ideas pushed to extremes before being dialled back, grooves discovered rather than designed. It's pop music made the way it sounds — through trial, through error, and through everything learned in between, with the aim of giving something back to the fans who inspire it.

That process shaped Just Be You, Trial + Error's debut album for TACK Group — 14 tracks distilled from a run of 2026 singles into a single, cohesive statement: a genuine attempt to map what happens when you stop trying to make the music you planned and start listening to what it wants to become.

Keith Gerard — KG to most — is a Melbourne-based songwriter, music producer, and creative director with a reputation for genuine versatility and a deep commitment to the craft. His work spans soul, alt-R&B, electronic, indie pop, country, and singer-songwriter — reflecting a restless musical curiosity and a rare ability to move between genres without losing intent or authenticity.

With a collaborative reach that extends well beyond Australia, Gerard has built a working practice on relationship and trust as much as technical execution. That international perspective shapes both his production sensibility and his approach to the artists he works with — understanding the cultural and commercial contexts in which music lands, and helping bring the best version of a creative vision to life.

As an artist in his own right, Gerard's solo catalogue leans into sleek, late-night R&B with a pop pulse — cinematic production, sung-spoken hooks, and lyrics that sit somewhere between confession and seduction, with commercial radio hits on international stations including Hitz FM and Lite FM Malaysia. In 2025 he teamed up with Tamara Shamini to form Trial + Error, TACK Group's in-house production duo — a collaboration that runs alongside his solo work, not instead of it.

His 2026 run — Desi Baby, Masala Girl, I Shouldn't, Body Count, Assassin, Girl No More, and Glasses — moves between sultry mid-tempo grooves and widescreen pop choruses, with flashes of Bollywood-inflected colour bleeding into the production on tracks like Masala Girl and Desi Baby. Different tempos, same throughline: turn a private feeling into something that fills a room.
